How are people exposed to asbestos?
There are many ways that people can suffer asbestos exposure. Power plant workers, commercial and residential construction workers, oil and chemical plant workers, other types of industrial workers and those in the military are just a few of the groups who were very likely exposed to asbestos on a daily basis. Other asbestos victims are exposed to asbestos by the exposed person bringing the fibers home on their clothing to their unknowing family members. This is called secondary exposure or household exposure.
How much time will it take to get compensation?
